Can Chain Tool ?
Cleaning some old items from the tool box, I believe this is a tool to brad cam chains together in older bikes. Tried Google search to no avail, images too.
Markings read, MCC on the head, 5901 and model 31 on the handle. If you are familiar with this item any information is welcome. $45 plus shipping to the lower 48.     Mike
