junk Guzzi cylinders... free
I'm about to throw away two pairs of Guzzi 83mm cylinders with peeling chrome bores. Somehow, it just feels wrong. If anyone here wants them to have them replated, they're yours for the price of shipping.

Noooo! It IS wrong! They must not be thrown away!
I don't have a Guzzi and I don't think that I will, but it's a grave sin to the motorcycle gods to throw away parts!

Yamaha DT250F Original Owners Manual
Great condition, original first edition DT250F manual printed Aug 1978. Lots of photos and diagrams.
In addition to the usual maint. info, it also has specs, but most importantly, it has a complete wiring diagram, invaluable for these older models. $15 shipped.

WTB guzzi shift fork shaft
I took my 5 speed T3 trans apart the other day, and among other things, I found that my shift fork shaft is in bad shape. It looks like it is chrome plated, and the plating is chipped all over the place. Anyone have one that they would part with?

1982 CB900F needs rescue
All stock, excepting the obvious add-ons (backrest/luggage rack, mini crashbars, windscreen). Starts and runs, but motor is noisy and I wasn't getting any heat on the #2 cylinder. One of the carb overflow tubes was leaking fuel too - maybe a hung float? Dunno.
26k miles. Clear title. Not sure what it needs, but the basics all look good ... tires are decent, tank looks MINT inside. Seat is really, really nice. Dual disk front, pipes are in very nice shape. $500 takes it home. 1971 CL350, new VM carb kit, spares
Wanted to make this my winter project, but priorities changed and I'm off running in another direction.
1971 CL350, clear title. Previous owner had it running this season with the new carbs, I haven't had time to even charge the battery. Fresh VM carb kit mounted (around $350 from Dime City Cycles). New-in-package bolt kits from AlloyBoltz.com. New muffler clamps for the CL style pipes (pipes not included, sold those off already). Extra seat, headlight bucket and fork covers, etc etc etc. See pics, email me direct (robb.zimdars@gmail.com) with any questions. I'm just west of Milwaukee WI. Tank on the bike was modified, but only on one side. Spare tank. Take the bike exactly as shown, no extras (but INCLUDING the new carb kit) for $700 cash. Or take it all for $900. Pics from today: http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0122.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0123.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0124.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0125.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0126.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0127.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0128.jpg http://hawkfan4life.com/1971CL350/img_0129.jpg - |
