Old shocks

Look to be off of an old Suzuki enduro. About 14 5/8 inch from eye to eye. 40.00 obo. The one is still good, the other needs a rebuild. I started pulling it apart, but found another pair. Don't know if they are really rebuild-able.

It was suggested I post this here in Old Skool ('cos I never liked the change to Old's Cool) as, apparently, some of you are so brain damaged from leaking carbs that you never leave this section ;)

Here goes!

Barbour International Motorcycle Jacket
I’m not going to bother writing my own copy because the description on the Barbour site says it all.

Authentic to the core, Barbour's® International has, since 1936, kept motorcyclists dry in the foulest weather. Heavyweight 8-oz. waxed cotton fends off moisture and wind (at any speed), while the classic tartan lining offers warmth and an easy fit. Riders of vintage BSAs, Nortons, Triumphs, and Vincents will recognize the functional details of this motorcycle jacket:

· solid brass front zip with studded closure
· studded cuffs
· waxed-cotton belt
· four large flap-over pockets, one of which is angled for easy access while in the saddle
· soft corduroy collar
· genuine Nubuck leather trim
· four exterior pockets; one interior pocket.

Barbour International motorcycle jacket in black. 100% waxed cotton with cotton/polyester lining. Wipe clean.

Ya better not be riding a UJM wearing dis here-ah jacket, 'cos the Brits will hunt ya down.

Condition
Practically new without tags. Worn twice over the last two years, both times on casual outings (never ridden in, which is such a pity).

Comes with the extra snap in faux fur liner. It’s a vest so it keeps your core warm. It's an $89 extra!

Size
No label in the jacket. Additional liner has a label, size 42.
Both my size 42 gents say this runs big. Recommend for men’s US 44.

Price/Payment
$400 shipped US CONUS
(this is a new jacket that would cost $538 in a shop)

The jacket is $449 new and the liner is $89 new (that's $538 for those of you who have been inhaling too much carb cleanah).

Paypal gift or buyer pays fees. Money order or personal cheque is good, too.

I'm posting this for a fellow ADVer who can't find his digital camera (actually, he's a Marine and can't figure it out ). Jacket is in my possession and will be shipped by me.

Had Belstaff for years. Totally waterproof. Worth the money.

Does a can of wax come with?

Nope sorry. My b/f wears Belstaff so the can stays in the laundry room.

Hodaka Combat Wombat

Look at the pic, and you'll know as much as me about this bike ... been in my storage locker, selling it for a friend. Combat Wombat, partially disassembled (the motor is loose in the frame, think the head is loosened, etc). Seems to be pretty well all there. No title, he needs $500 firm.

Duplainville Wisconsin, near Waukesha. Any questions, I probably can't answer them - but ask if you want anyhow :)

WTB: dB Snorkel

Does anyone have a dB snorkel they don't want anymore? Let me know what you would take for it.
Or even, if you don't want to sell it, if I could just borrow it for a while to try to make a mold for a one off copy. I could send you some collateral during the loan.
dB snorkel is no longer available, and it used to be made just a little way away from me in Michigan, but I missed my chance. I found out about them too late.
