So, I'm asking for help. Is this too much money? Do I need to put the stock tank back on and lower the price a whole bunch? Sell the bits seperately on eBay?
What?
can't really help that much. price is probably not bad, getting a nice bike is a little pricey these days. should be worth that as a cafa bike.

I've owned this bike about 15 years

And now I think I need to let it go to someone who can spend more time with it than I have the last few years... 1979 Bonneville 750

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=625893

It's really been a great little bike for a 31 yr old machine; sounds great, handles well, always gets attention when I ride it.

It's not the britbike favorite year, but I think the later model Meridian bikes have some good points, the oil in frame seems to help it run a bit cooler, it has good quality Amal Mk III carbs, electronic ignition (I haven't touched the timing since I first rebuilt it), and negative ground. I never could feel good about buying a bike with positive ground, no telling what kind of wiring error I'd make some day. Anyway, appreciate any feedback. Roy in Az

extremely nice 1976 bultaco frontera 250, all correct and original aside from the tank decals. this bike is very pretty in person.
starts easy, pulls hard, shifts great, stops good.. runs as it should. no issues. new top end, new progressive shocks, carbon fiber skid plate. 1200 original miles. lights are not hooked up but lighting coil is there.

i bought this to run in ahrma historic class but it's too nice for me to beat up in the woods.

i would like $2000 or trade for (yes i know this is a very specific list...):
condition is not so important - i am planning on racing it..

1976-1982 can-am qualifier 175
1984-1986 can-am ase 200
1982 husqvarna 175
1974-1977 bultaco pursang m8-mk10 200
1975-1977 penton 175
puch 175 enduro
ossa 175/250 phantom
montesa cappra/king scorpion
hercules/sachs 7 speed
other oddball european mx/enduro bike..
i am not interested in any japanese bikes...

more pics available.

1975 R75/6 barn find w/title

I've been asked to remove a R75/6 from a shop that's being reopened here in Port Aransas. I know the owner of the bike and he will do what it takes to get the title. It's in his name, just can't find the title.

It was running 3 years ago then started "slinging oil" according to Rick. He took the engine sides apart and stopped there. All parts included.

Anyone interested? Make an offer. I'll get it cleaned up today and take some pics.

Dennis

Carbs for Honda CB/CL350

Same as described here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...#ht_1017wt_915

"This Mikuni VM30 kit is an easy bolt on replacement solution for all 1968-1973 Honda CB/CL 350's. Everything is included in this kit for a simple bolt on installation - two pre-jetted Mikuni VM30 round slide carburetors and two K&N RC-1250 individual pod type air filters and extra jets." It originally came with a motion pro 2 into 1 cable, but cable is not available. Tuning Manual available from Sudco.

These carbs are brand new. I installed them on my 1973 CL350 desert sled project, but before I could even get the timing worked out on the bike and get it started, I got a better-suited, great running 1972 SL350. I thought I would use these on the SL, but that bike is just running so good with the stock set up, I decided to leave it be. Honestly, these have been taken out of the box, mounted up and had some non-ethanol gas in the tubes..thats it. They are as new, no disappointments here.

These things are sweet and will look great on any Honda 350 twin project. I am selling these now because I am going to part out the CL and I need cash for new shocks for the SL.

$315 bucks shipped, for both carbs and filters and extra jets. $300 local pickup. Thats $70 less than from ebay (and thats not with shipping!). I wanted to offer them here first. Paypal only.

Other CL350 parts available soon from this bike:
