It's worth as much as you can get....
Beyond that, I'm not going to be much help...
5-8K probably depending on actual condition...
Post some pics, Maybe someone will make you an offer.....Sounds like that's what you're fishing for.
Hell, Put it on ebay with a reserve you can live with.... Or just post a for sale ad here and see if someone bites..

1975 XL125 Honda part out
I just acquired a pair of vintage 125s. One complete and running for me, the other mostly complete, missing a few electrics and not started in years but has good compression. I'm parting out the second one and will begin tear down tomorrow with photos to follow. I have no idea what to price anything at, but just ask and I'm sure I'll give it to you way too cheap. Here is a partial list of things I know are good to go.
Tank, red with period Honda Wing logo and aluminum gas cap
muffler, under the foot peg trumpet style, few minor scratches but straight and complete
wheels good to go
forks, clean and straight but leaking, need seals replaced
rear coil spring shocks, good to go
engine, complete less coil, good compression
carb, stock, complete, haven't opened it yet
side covers with 125 logos black panels, white numbers, real nice
speedo 4,4xx miles good to go
tach, good to go
MUCH MUCH MORE
email for photos and suggest a price. I'm not trying to get rich just want it gone and know some of you love these little beauties.

Still on the lookout for a post '81 twin shock airhead swingarm and dampened driveshaft.
Lots of stuff for trade or open to a fair price.
