Thats great to hear, I had an XTZ 750 that took me all over Australia in the early 90's. Not sure about all that girly traction control and linked brakes crap! Hope its optional....

Might have to sell the Vee Strom.......

Yamaha, you are a "yes" to the US market away from getting my hard-earned money.

Bring it.

Please.

Nice dig at BMW in the last paragraph:
"So as you can see, there’s no need to take the long way round; the new Super Ténéré will take you on any adventure, long or short. And if the challenge is tough, it’ll take you well beyond anything else."

Up until now I was ecstatic about the new Super10. I own its little brother and its been a joy to ride it so far. However some great news brought some dark clouds in my future investments plans. It seems that 2010 might be the year of my emigration to Australia. Ive been waiting for this for the last 5 years. And the only bad thing is that I will have to wait for the new Super10 just like all other poor people living in third world countries like US or AU

Yamaha have mercy on our souls!

I watched the video three times and then after I realized it will be a longshot for this bike to come to the US. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, that made me laugh out loud to.

A little attitude is a good thing, means they are taking some pride in this project. I hope they can back up statements like that with a worthy machine.
