I'll add to the discussion about Greg. The VAT is removed when you order if from the USA. The shipping is a bit high though, and unfortunately we don't fare to well with the conversion rate at present. I sure wish Greg had someone on this side of the pond who would sponsor his products at a favorable shipping rate etc but such is life.

+1 The product is already pricey and if shipping for it is over 100 bucks I would find the overall price quite hard to stomach. After all it is just a slipon. If it was a full system including headers that eliminated the cat, I would gladly pay, but it's not. It is still 300-400 more than most slipons. I don't blame him for that though, I realize a small operation in most cases cannot compete with the big guys on price. |

Ask and you shall receive http://yshop.yamaha-motor.com.au/yshop/product_list.asp?CatID=2&ModelID=XT1200Z&CatDesc=Adventure&offset=all Bare in mind this is the Aussie Yamaha Y-shop they have just changed it so people can buy direct online and ship to the Yam dealer they nominate but some how I dont think it will work for a UK or US resident. You could always get Yamaha UK to try and get it from Australia. We as Yamaha dealers can request Yamaha Aus to buy stuff in from Yamaha USA.

I totally lucked out. I was going to order with Motorrad Garage and ship to Mexico. With shipping and import duties it was not going to be cheap but worth it. I have a friend going to Australia that will bring everything back for me so I will get away from the extra costs
MotorradWorks is not "cheap" but not many places are, look at Touratech. Yamaha stock parts are also expensive here in Mexico, as well as in Australia. I will wait until the USA starts receiving parts and purchase them there instead, some items are 1/2 the price in the US in comparison to both places. |

Listen to that Wasp exhaust again--a page or so back...there are ubiquitous Akro and other S10 exhausts on the tube...and that Wasp one stirs me...just sayin'...I think it's swell.
If you didn't click...take a listen. Viceral. To me at least.

Did you find the heat shield yet? I have only seen it in pics and vids, not an actual supplier of it yet.

All these options don't thrill me. Something wrong with the stock system that we haven't even seen in the USA for all intents and purposes? We need to sound like Harley Davidson driving down the road? To be honest I didn't listen to Wasp bike as I have no interest in any of his mods and think the best of the Wasp bike was day one as it came from the factory.
