i hate riding fuck i would much rather sit here spanking the monkey.....shit what ever happens I want to see it and hopefully it is really off road capable. I won't have the funds until next year anyway but i'm buying a new bike next year. I was working today looking at some hills, and asked if I could do some climbing. Ole boy said sure as long as it is in the gullys because he did not want to look at the tracks. Exactly why I need a off road worthy bke not some freaking pavement bike that looks cool. I want the Yamaha or Jap what ever just because they are so reliable. I am not a major KTM fan, but man they are the only ones who really make a good performace ADV bike. The 800 is real close but just dreamiing Yamaha will bring a great bike to NA.

to start with, don't discredit the guys who will sell off 2-3 bikes in the collection to get into this. also don't underestimate how much cash wealth people still have and will use it when the right product comes along. bmws are still selling well...i'm sure that is alot of GS...i'm betting these are wealthy cash buyers...i'm betting a percentage of them would love a japanese version instead.

Watch closely that bike outline wrapped in blue Touareg cloth.
Then close your eyes, and pull a skin on it, and bingo!
You know what the bike will look like.

I believe that all the outlines of the bike were presented there since it's likely that the real ST provided the blueprint for that elegant exercice of style.

We are not happy right now, but I believe that this Yamaha exercice of style will live on.

Dream a little.

The 660 Tenere doesn't come close to the performance of your 610 Husky!! Careful what you wish for! Sure it looks great, but it is slug in comparison.

Don't know if my comment is on crack but I was told today that as long as they're built in Italy there's no way they will bring them over here cuz they would be too expensive... Just passing on what I heard from a dealer.

that is a true fact about italian built. not sure how that will play out for what yami hopes to achieve as a pricepoint. last i checked ducati bikes were not out of the roof pricing though...and those might be built in italy.
