So no white for the Unites States market?

I'm going to the motorcycle show in November since it's here in Atlanta, and I'm hoping to see a different color or two for the Tenere...so silver huh? No white?

Plenty of leftovers in blue.

That's not what's shown at Yamaha's USA website under 2013 model preview under '2013 Super Tenere' and 'Gallery,' they show both the white and that awesome-looking grey.

Blue and black are not shown at all. Check it out

I probably would have chosen grey if it were available when I purchased mine.

I'm going to have a white one, that's beautiful! Thanks for the link! I'm glad Yamaha made the appropriate decision with colors.

You ought to be able to find a body man to paint 5 pieces and get a couple of stickers for a lot less than trading in what you have.

Just want to mention that the current white available in Europe isn't a straight gloss white, it's more of a pearl/metallic finish. You can't tell from photos which is all that I had to go on when I ordered mine. I have tried to take a few photos but it is difficult to see.

Nope, can't really tell from those .......... ah well here's a couple of the bike, just back from first service and showing off the new Akrapovic that was fitted at the same time

No doubt! Bring over that World Crosser Yamaha! What's the hold up?

Damn, Tim. That is one sweet Tenere! Great looking bike, and I bet it sounds intimidating with that exhaust!

I'm glad you mentioned this. I wasn't aware that there was going to be an Atlanta show. Its good to know that they came to their senses and brought it back to Atlanta. I never understood why they pulled out of the biggest market in the southeast.

Cool, we are in the same town! Do you ride a Tenere?

I'm sure it was politics or money, or both.

I got my plate with the others here on the last shipment.

Long story short it works fine. Had to massage the metal a bit, but no worse than most any crashbar or luggage set up that I've ever put on. I thought for certain I'd need to make spacers but tubing is adjustable

Waited a while myself for this combo/info. Thanks!
