Of course it can. As I understand it you can also do motocross with it on too. Gonna be messy when you fall off though.

Next week I’m going to be with ACD to see if they could modify the skid plate, I’m worried it could be difficult… Everything is so tucked in!!
I fixed the Touratech skid plate and if I compressed the fork using all but the last 34mm the tire touch the plate. Less than 34 It could hit the front pipes but I don't know if its possible to use all the fork travel.

Looks like you're almost there dude, just one thing left to get....it even has twin pipes ;)

Inspired

I have been reading this forum for several months now. I started reading this thread about three weeks ago. You guys have inspired me. I work 50 hours a week and commute 15. I want to do something fun. I have been riding since I was about 15. I love motorcycles and anything with wheels that says Yamaha. Its been a while since I have swung a leg over the seat. I told the wife about it and at first she didnt want me to do it. The father in law over heard our conversation and told her, "let the man have his motorcycle". She called me back and said,"You know what we wont get any younger, get it!" With a beautiful wife and three boys its hard to fork out 12-13k. I've been waiting for the right time. Looks like Christmas boys...... Here she is.....
God Bless! Stay safe on the road and Godspeed!
Sorry cant put in the photo!!!!%^&*
Try it later!!!! gotta go working on Thanksgiving!!!

Yes, now I have all the good of both.
I can do off road like a KTM but get to the end of the trip as a Yamaha: without problem

Im in a similar boat- Beautiful wife & 3 boys, 50 mile commute in a V8 Toyota Tundra. I could pay for the bike just in gas savings alone.
Fun factor is just icing on the cake.
