I don't think the two groups would have got along so good though, everyone in my gang was riding a big dual sport...

There's always next time, Jim...

We've got the Sharpies ready over here!
Back to the serious stuff, either weekend works ok, June 14, 15, 16 is cool and the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd will do fine. If it is mid-week, give me a heads up on that one but it is doable con gusto. The Mystery Rider should be around which is always fun. Hopefully, he won't have put the baffles back into the dinosaur's tail so you too can experience that Texas Motorplex feeling ha,ha!
Just pick a day and aim for it and if you hit it, ok, if not, we'll reschedule on this end. No worries.
Should be hotter than all get out by then, too.
Have you done the lane changing on the route up to Azumbilla from the Orizaba valley? Or do you prefer breakfast at the mirador in Los Cumbres?
Both?
Both, of course! All that you have time for. Will be in Parras with my Amigo 15th, 16th, or so. Then your way the next weekend. Put off the DGO-MZT thang till Oct. for better WX and fewer bikes.

Thanks for the tip on IMTBike motorcycle rental. I had never heard of this outfit but may just be perfect for next September's European tour

Considering another GS purchase in your backyard. Bike would need to go to Phoenix to be garaged for a few months. If any inmates looking for a one way ride let me know real soon.
I can highly recommend IMT. My wife and I did a two week Morocco tour with them last Nov. Scott and Slim were great to work with and made for a great trip.

Schizz, ok.
You know, if you are talking October now for the Pacific, you can hit Durango AND the Andres and Arte show, too. That should cure you for off road jonesing! LOL!
Bring Trice and have him take the inside corner lines so you'll have something nice and soft to land on and cushion the fall(s).

Would love to come down there and take a photo side by side and see who is the soft, pillowy one these days.

In fact, we'll do it

Yep! Trice has been living at the gym this year and he's all cut like granite. I'd rather fall in the dirt.

Anyone interested in reading about my ride through Valle de Bravo, Altamirano/Zihuatanejo, Patzcuaro and back to San Miguel de Allende last week can do so here. I'll be adding more in the next day or two.

Too late for MikeMike. We'll see if his Ab-Doer machine has had any effect.

An up-to-date photo, profile view, to show the impact of CrossFit Veracruz

Cross? Fit? I never knew that you could use those words as one.
Guess I'll have to follow your lead and go for the low calorie bbq brisket.
If I start training now, I should be fit by the time your grand kids ride through!
I won't ride a GS Adventure, it makes my asss look fat.

Enough already!!

First I rode a bike that cannot share a sentence with the word "fast" and
now I ride a bike that makes your ass look fat.

I can't seem to catch a break around here.

I think we would get along just fine. A couple of the guys in our gang ride DS bikes also.

I do love me some banana cream pie at Daniel's in Copala. Where/what is La Pasadita. Is it in Mazatlan? Also, what's the name of the restaurant in Villas El Rancho?

If you are in Maz on the weekend of the 22-23 of June we should meet up.
Didn't make it to see the bridge, have been there a few times IT IS AMAZING, I really like big man make things, machines, ships.
La Pasadita is just a good little restaurant on the spine about 70 miles up the hill from Copala, we meet there for breakfast and figure out the rest of the day, there are always other riders there to check in with...

As far as getting along I was thinking some of my gang won't ride across a dirt parking lot for free beer, let alone follow you fellas down the dirt trails...
Me I like the back roads, I am kinda limited with the 12gsa...

La Fonda is the restaurant in El Rancho, Henrys is the shrimp taco stand down the street

I should be in town those days, and sure I'll let you all buy me my first beer...

see ya then...
