Not sure about getting the bike shipped BACK to the states, specially in an emergency...

Apparently, there are aduana stations along the way that only allow TVIP'd bikes through WITH the owner.

So that means I have to blaze through MX at breakneck speeds.
No problem, made good headway today.

Downside is I didnt prepare for a ride, so not too many pictures or proper RR...

There MIGHT be a possibility of getting shipped at around the half way point.
Time will tell. Hitting the road at 0430

If you decide to ride it real soon, there is construction on the Pascagoula River Bridge on the west bound span.

You have probably already left Hermosillo, but there apparently is a reputable motorcycle shop in Hermosillo that might be able to help. There address is:

Surman Automotriz
Av. Rosales No. 84 Esq. Doctor Noriega*
Col. Centro*
83000 Hermosillo, Sonora
Tel. 01 (662) 213 3330 al 32

I have not used them myself, but got their contact info from a post on here.

Yeah, Canada is a bit further. But look at the bright side, you get to see the great US of A on your transit; I have to see Louisiana and East Texas.

Texas Monthly awarded Franklin's in Austin #1 in the state

I prefer my hometown Harmon's BBQ

I've taken lots of inmates there, the Casona & Harmon's are virtually where I-35 and I-10 converge - uber convenient BBQ stop for those transiting to/from Mexico

I'll get you a plate of Harmon's ribs and sliced brisket - a plate of heaven
