It doesn't matter that any right thinking judge would throw out such a tort, getting the decision would cost quite a few dollars in a US court. In the face of the stated reasons for the change, I applaud Baldy's decision to allow the thread to continue with a change of name.

But maybe it could be changed to "The thread formerly known as IMS".
I have a soft spot for Baldy too.Sarcasm just doesn't come through in type.

We're going to name the thread in honor of Salma Hayek

"Dos Pechos Caminando"

Or a version thereof

Can't call it that. You might create an expectation that an adventure is to be had. If for some reason it doesn't happen, lawsuit.

New title

Guys let's quit bitching a thread name and just be glad we still have ADV and a thread of whatever name and get back to basic Mexican information and advice.

At the old La Diosa club outside of Angel R. Cabada (unfortunately it closed last year) you could have seen something similar to that on a Saturday afternoon matinee...or even in the parking lot.

La Diosa could have qualified for Pueblo Magico status and it wasn't even a pueblo!

News Update

The Seal Club is franchising.
A new one will be opening up south of Boca del Rio.
This is going to be good. Real good.
Accomodations and showers and almost a hectare of pure Mexican soil surrounding it.
No cameras
No GPS
No name change
More details to follow when the brass poles arrive.

To answer the question I must first state the following: I am not a safety expert, or an expert on travel of any kind, in cars, buses, on motorcycles, or on foot horse or donkey, or any other kind of transportation. I am not an attorney or an officer of any court. I am not a policeman or a federal agent of any kind. I am not affiliated with any government, foreign or domestic. All of the opinions I express herein are completely my own and do not reflect the opinions of any of the site or forum moderators. I do not have a material interest in tourism in any country.. ah shit, what was the question?

Fresh air noticias:

Here's a tip for breathing a little cleaner. When you are walking in the Calle, choose the sidewalk going uphill on the left. Why ? Because the downhill traffic will be off the gas, coasting. The opposite sidewalk on the uphill will have trucks going full throttle spewing black smoke onto the side walk. Cough , cough. We breath enough black smoke as it is.
