Did feel like a political sea-change was happening. Many are weary of the drug war and the economic down-turn seems to have tipped it the other way. If they vote more for personal and economic security than for opportunity and economic development then PRI wins.

Maybe the new gov't will get all the cartels in one room and divvy up the country like Hoover did with the airlines years ago.
