Jimmy did that with him, but they didn't stop at the falls.

Be sure to see the falls.

Yes, we skipped the falls in order to do the road to Patlanalan, Puebla and then went over the mountain in thick fog and down to Maravillas and then to Guadalupe Victoria. I think Jim enjoyed it. It is a nicer ride without the thick fog because then you can see the drop offs. LOL!
Tengai, for tires in Xalapa you likely won't find anything at the car places, just grab the yellow pages and look for MOTO and find a shop, they are usually located in the same areas or just look up Ponce.

Be careful in the fog. Schizzman almost received a free autobus mud facial.

See the falls!

I was shocked when riders from my computer appeared in "The Garden of Eden" while exploring Zicitella Beach. It was fun to show the gang Rock Away and thanks for the beer at the Split Coco. Coffee at Carmens Cafe Ceta got youall up. Fun to meet you. Captain Tom

Damn! Damn! Damn! Damn!

The State Department just (Feb 8) issued a new travel warning against Mexico and it has been all over the media here. My wife saw it on TV and looked over at me. I said, "What?"

She said, "Did your hear that? You're going to get killed down there!"

My wife is German.

I told her, "Honey, you misunderstood. They were talking about New Mexico."

"Oh!, OK then just be sure you come back through Arizona!"

I love that woman!

I'm starting to get the sense that you guys really wick it up.

It'll be a long wait at the turnoff if I ever ride with you and you guys decide to wait for me.

On a more serious note, does anybody keep their permit for the full 180 days before returning it for another?

Well, the bus in the fog incident was at fairly low speeds. Me, 25. The bus, maybe 5-10. He was in my lane passing traffic on a two-lane and just appeared out of a dense fog flashing his high-beams. Trice said I cleared him by a foot. Didn't look myself.

I hold my FMM and TVIP the full 180 days.
