One thing about Greater Glory that amazed me was that many Mexicans on both sides of the border know little if anything about this civil war. The roots of the conflict between the Catholic Church and the Mexican govt go far back, way more than 1920. Lot of good history to read here,

In violation of the truce of 1929, after the Cristeros laid down their weapons, Calles hunted them down, and murdered them and their families.

I'd like to see Chico Grande, about Pershing's 'expedition' into Mexico, looking for Poncho Villa.

Didn't see it available on Netflix.

This should be no surprise. Americans know little about American history and if they do know about an event,, they either don't know why/how it occurred or they misunderstand its significance or context.

You should see him with a GoPro mounted on his bike.

But he's really, really happy and has no complaints. Had too much run riding the Triumph Rocket today to care about the weary world

After Cabela's, Kiko and I checked out Austin Kayak. They rent nice, comfortable kayaks for $30/day and that's the new plan.

You know, funny you mention that. I finally got around to getting to editing that video of you, Jimmy, and crash tearing it up on 175 on the way to Pto Escondido.

Awesome stuff!
