Canadian Flea Market: Motos & Related Items FOR SALE

This Regional Forums: Canada Flea market thread is to facilitate the exchange of goods for sale between ADV inmates within Canada. Wanted ads must be posted in the main Flea Market forum.

The rules from the main Flea Market forum apply here. Read them first.

There are 2 ways in which you can post your for sale items:

1. Post your item for sale in the appropriate forum in the main Flea Market forums, i.e. Bikes, Parts, Gear, and post a link here with a brief description.

2. Post your item for sale in this thread, with pictures and price. No "make an offer", we ain't ebay... No price? Your ad will be deleted.

3. No ebay, craigslist, kijiji, etc.. links to be posted here.

4. No "bumping".

All correspondence between potential buyers and sellers MUST be done through private messaging (PM) or email. Please DO NOT post your questions or comments to the seller in this thread. This will only clutter the thread.

Once an item has sold, please delete your post. (Click on Edit and then Nuke it.)

As with the regular flea market, posts will be deleted within 30 to 45 days of your original post.

Vendors may not post in this thread, but must use the Vendors forum.

2010. G650gs

2010 G650GS. Black. 15000kms. Only option is ABS

I bought this bike brand new and have had it for 3 years. I purchased it after my second day of the motorcycle traing course at Fanshawe College in London. It has been an excellent bike to learn on and build up some confidence. I am now trading up to a 1200 Adventure and thought that by selling privately i could pocket a couple of bucks and someone in this community could save a couple of bucks...the dealership is offering 3200...I'm asking $4000 (firm) ..they will replace some of the plastic pieces that have broken when i fell and then list it for $5200 your interested i can email you some pictures (i cant figure out how to post them here).
I am heading out for a couple of days a cant respond to email until, let me know
Im in Strathroy (west of London)

BMW F Series Wheels

BMW F Series Wheels.

2013 F800R rear wheel, new take off with zero miles. Metzeler-Sportec M5 Interact 180/55ZR17 73W D Spec tire with a date code of 0912. As new but a few tiny handling scratches not noticed. Inmate price for pickup is $300, shipping may be expensive. Will fit a F800GS with custom spacers if you can have them made. Both bikes share most rear components but is not a bolt on like I thought. Info available.

Next is a 17" F800GS front Motard wheel. Stock GS hub with a Sun rim and Avon Pro Xtreme Rain tire 120/70R/17 58H, date code 1710. Custom ABS ring to make it work. I bought this from an inmate but have not done anything with it. Selling for my cost at $250.

Both are located in Cambridge ON Canada. Shipping possible but likely expensive. These GS projects won't happen.

2004 Suzuki DRZ400S - $3500 obo

It is safetied and I have the UVIP in hand, so it's ready to go for you!

I'm located in Brampton.

I have owned this bike for the past three years. I have ridden about half road and half offroad with it. I set it up for doing multi day camping trips but I can’t get away enough to justify keeping it. I’m only selling it because I bought another bike that’s better suited to what I want to do, which is single track and enduro’s.

It has the following installed;
Extreme Dual Sport Tuff LED turn signals front and back.
A kickstart kit.
Larger more aggressive style foot pegs.
I did the 3x3 mod with the James Dean jet kit.
Thumpertalk Case Savers
Flat pad style grip warmers under a pair of Pro Taper Pillow Top MX Grips.
Barkbusters with the “Storm” plastic. That is the larger plastic cover to block more wind on the road.
I just put new wheel bearings and spacers in the rear.
Also put a new HD tube and while I was in there I put new strip tape and rim lock.
Kenda trakmasters front and back with lots of life left.
Motion Pro clutch cable installed last year.
A reusable stainless steel oil filter. You’ll never have to buy another filter.
I installed new sprockets (front 14 and back 47) for single track. I still have the stock ones, which I believe are 15/44.

Extra’s included are: Motion Pro throttle replacement tube, Moose shock Bearing Kit, and a Thumpertalk Extended Fuel Mixture Screw.

As you all know, this bike is the best dual purpose out there, lol.

2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R

For sale by original owner, located in London, ON. I purchased it new at Fast Track Performance. All maintenance has been completed at the dealership (have receipts). The major 12000km service was recently performed, which included the valve clearance inspection.

Never dropped, crashed or damaged. I installed frame and bar end sliders, adjustable clutch and brake levers, and rear spools. Kept at the dealership over the winter. It is still under warranty until February 2015. Chain regularly cleaned and lubricated. Tires still have good life. Seat cushion not included.

$3300, thanks.

Motoport on Vancouver Island !!

Hi, now I have the locals attention....
Motoport Ultra Kevlar Mesh Jacket.
Grey/black. I wear either an xl or xxl in anything I buy. Motoport stuff is all custom so sizing label means little, happens to be XXL.
I am 5'9", 240lbs. 52" chest, 42" pants. Jacket fit's me. With the adjustments available I would say could fit down to 200lb, up to 6'1?
Purchased used from a fellow inmate. $600US+ to replace. All zippers etc work perfect, no rips, tears or abrasions.. It's bulletproof. Comes with the standard removable full armour. Reflective stripes have kinda "broken down" internally? Not ripped, just the bright silver colour has kinda faded in some areas?
I used it as a year round jacket. I have a waterproof liner from another jacket I put underneath if cold/heavy rain ( not included ) and also used heated gear underneath. As per Motoports care instructions just re-coated with 303 Fabric guard ( Cost $35 ).
Only reason I'm selling is I won a new Klim Rally Air......
I'm in Sooke but can meet?
$350 buys you the best protection jacket you can get.....

KTM 350 EXC-F for sale in Edmonton, AB

This is a 2013 KTM 350 EXC-F street-legal dirtbike/lightweight adventure tourer. Total mileage 701 km/ 26.6 hours.

Asking $9,500 but if you think that's steep, let me know. It's hard to figure out a value when you throw a ton of money into the bike.

More pics here:

I have had this bike since new and have cared for it deeply. Use history includes 4 days in Moab and about 5 days of day riding here in Alberta over the last two years I've had the bike. It has always been put away clean and maintained. I have little kids and just not enough time to ride. Have not ridden it at all this summer so we are breaking up. It's not the bike, it's me. I just don't have the time to give her the attention she would like.

The oil has been changed every couple rides as well as before/after storage. Valves were checked at 10 hours and were all in spec.

The bike includes MANY MANY extras as I had converted it to the performance of a 350 XCW while maintaining the street-legal go anywhere freedom.

Extras include:

Front fender changed to KTM white plastic
Front mask changed to KTM white plastic
Kriega pull on front forks and on rear subframe to ease with recovery
Front fork subtanks to increase the air reservoir in the forks for a more plush ride
Billet steering damper mount with tapped holes for RAM balls
Scotts offroad steering damper
Sicass Racing narrow headlight switch with headlight off function
KTM keyed-ignition eliminator to enable more dirtbike-like function (XCW)
Flexx 10 degree flex-bars with tapped ends for hand guards
Comes with regular and low KTM seats
Flatland racing as well as KTM aluminum skid plates included
KTM anodized oil cover
KTM anodized case saver
Custom 13:52 gearing changed like the XCW with 14:45 original gearing included
Pivot-Pegs tilting footpegs
Synergy Seals X-Bushing with Zirk fitting lowers the bike while preserving suspension and allowing easy lubrication
Bulletproof designs front radiator guards and rear brake disc guard
Thermostat upgrade and installed auxiliary fan on radiator
Liquid Ice coolant
Rear Michelin DOT trials tire and included OEM Maxxis tire with minimal wear
Ballistic Lithium ion battery - fully charged and balanced this spring
Vortex ignition timing/ECU map to enable full power like the XCW without the low end hesitation of the EXC
Vortex ignition handlebar switch enables switching of maps on the fly (never installed)
FMF Q4 exhaust (USFS approved) with minor scrape, included stock exhaust
Fuel tank vent cap
Comes with all the take-offs as well as 3 pre-oiled AirTwin air filters and 2 oil filters.
Front and rear suspension revalved and resprung with RaceTech components by RT Suspension in St. Albert.

The rear fender has a small crack in the plastic near where the fender attaches. However, this is mainly cosmetic and the fender is not compromised at all and feels solid.

It’s a heart-breaking exercise selling this bike but I just don’t have the time to ride it.

More pictures available here:
Ride on.

Selling some boots. Don't know why I have so many boots. I just do. All prices are OBO.

First up are some Alpinestars Vectors. Size 10. These are older MX boots, but have been used literally like 3 times. They're dirty in the pics but they'll be totally clean when you get them. Great condition. How's $50 picked up in Toronto?

The only blemish:

Next I have some Alpinestars S-mx, size 44. These are in rougher shape, kinda worn, but still good. $40 or best offer?

Last up are some Alpinestars Supertech R, Size 44. These are serious business. Extremely comfortable, with an internal boot/skeleton thingy. For some reason I wore these racing boots to Panama and back. They are that comfortable! In good condition aside from one boot having the rubber guard on the inside of the calf missing (see pic). $85?
