R1100 Center Stand Skid Plate Installed

Hi there Rick, thanks for the Skid Plate, I believe this is the third bike I've bought one of your skid plates for, they are simply great. Nice product and easy to install, and from experience I know they can take a beating and keep your dirty undercarriage intact.

Now, what else can I get for my new R1100GS!

Hey Rick, I think i may have asked this before, do you know if the Master Cylinder guard will go onto an 1100 gs? Hmmmm? Just because I like your stuff and want to plaster my bike with as much of it as possible.

Awesome Rick, good for you. Very professional looking.

By the way though, do you (or anyone) know if the master cylinder guard will fit on the 1100GS? I have an 1100GS. Not an 1150... but an 1100. They are cooler you know, the 1100's? They're sort of the Alternative GS now. It's like wearing a trench coat and high-tops. Anyway, I have two bolts in about the same place as what the cylinder guard looks to have. :) I am planning on going where no master cylinder has gone before and I want it to be safe.

Thumb Adventure Bike luggage rack extension

Another wonderful upgrade. This extension makes the maximum use of the too small BMW piece and is actually quite a bit larger than the Touratech item. Thanks for another fine product.

Hey

I got the package today and will be installing it hopefully tomorrow and will post the results. Looks like a solid hookup.

Thanks

Tyler

Got it

Pictures... Everyone likes pictures...

Got my new bike rock retardant gear in the mail yesterday. Put it in on today.

The oil cooler armor plate in the front once I got everything taken apart snapped in and holds solid. I was impressed at how well it fits and how it doesn't move at all. It did take quite a while to pull all the screws off of the front plastic fender to get into the area where it needed to be installed. I had to remove my light armor bar and go in from the front while pushing the fender down towards the tire. But once all the screws were out and I could actually get to that part of the bike it went in and came back together in a matter of minutes. I would highly suggest both of these for your bike if you have a GS like mine.

The center kick stand went on in about 3 minutes and seems pretty solid. I am glad I got it and didn't have to sell a body part to pay for it. Thanks

Very happy with the gear.

Thanks
