Some guy was trying to sell a '71 Tiger made for the German market. Said it was never titled in the states. It had a really interesting tank. I have a '71 at home, that I hope to finish restoring ...someday... and found it very interesting. I had a good time. Even bought a set of gloves from one of the vendors. A couple of really nice Matchless's were there.

For Those of You Afflicted w/Cafe Lust
My buddy Kirk has numerous interesting projects going on.
This one is the most interesting to me and well underway - RC173 Replica Project. He has 2 '66 CB400F barn finds he's converting. The intent is to complete one for him and complete the 2nd for sale. Wooden tank buck for aluminum gas tank ![]() Tail piece which will be aluminum too ![]() ![]() Yes, you'd be correct if you noticed to the left - a 1971 Norton Commando 750 (one-owner). Note the true to scale "featherbed" frame mods used by Team Hansen Honda and others. He scaled dimensions based on photos off the web - genius. ![]() ![]() It will look very similar to this once completed.

guns
Anyone in the Nova area know anything about pre 1945 firearms specifically 9mm Mausers? I have one that came back from Germany after WWII with my grandfather. The thing is It doesn't look like a k98. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they don't know... Load pics to the web and bring a tablet/smart phone to show them. (Don't bring the gun...they don't like it when you do that.) Make sure you have clear and detailed pics, including serial number and any stampings. Good luck.

BP- There's an antique gun store in Upperville that you've probably passed a boatload of times along 50. It's just West of the Hunter's Head restaurant... It may be worth a stop in the next time you are in that area.

That's some nice photos there! I really like the pole barn, color and resolution are great! We might have crossed paths today. I was riding the GS/A with another guy on his Triple Black. Rt 50, Zulla, Antioch, Waterfall and Snickersville.

Any cats out there know anyone that does tree work? I have a tree that needs to come down. I have cash, BBQ, beer, and mad repair skills. Any cats coming to help out would be treated extremely well.
(Just ask HBN.)I am in the RLD, so it's not an easy drop, but the tree has already been topped, so I'm hoping that it could be brought down in pieces relatively easily for anyone with saw skills. ![]() PLEASE shoot me any leads and, any cats who think they can help, shoot me your demands and we'll see what we can do.

DR.B., I have a saw with a new sharp blade but I have no chainsaw skills other than low risk tree felling and the occassional zombie dismemberment. I'd be happy to lend a hand or just sip a bear and offer bad advice.

FREE Tank Bag
Anyone want a FREE tank bag?? Made by Ocelot. Its fairly large and would fit better on a flat tank. Don't think it would work well on a KLR. You would need to rig up a mounting strap where the bag attaches near the seat. Big ass map window. Even has a rain cover.
I should be home most of today if interested. GONE!
