You really have that thing torn down, Jar. But, It looks like you have everything you need in that garage. We still need to get together for that beer... If you need a hand with any of the heavy bits let me know...

A little photo work

The first rendition of photos I took last Monday didn't seem to capture the mood of that fine winter day. So back to the Darkroom By Mac for a little play.

Stubble fields of winter
Parade toward the far forest.
Narrow farm roads,
Picture perfect pieces of pavement
Wind past pastures stilled by cold.
Gray skies of a February morning
Lowering to the mountain horizon.

A ride can help the soul stay free.
Rural roads that twist and turn;
Careful of gravel and salt-
The snow's not been gone long.

Ride to meet the clouds
Stretching down to wet the afternoon.
The last 30 miles of rainy highway
A fine and smiling way
To end a perfect winter day.

Exactly that place. Just by where Dearing Road heads north.

Ha yeah there are KTM parts in boxes all over the garage.

I moved my lathe (900lbs) last week by myself. It was fun getting it through a 36" door up a 4" step over the jamb at the same time.

It just so happens that my Dodge is running like crap right now...

Just not sure I use the damn thing enough to upgrade from a $3k truck to a $23k truck.

That's a hell of a machine. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks! You know you want it!

You can move a house with it...or damn near anything else that gets in the way.

HA yes, This one is specifically being built for hillclimbing the culm banks / tailings piles. My current hillclimb bike is also my DS bike. Not a very good combination, since I tear it up climbing to the point that it's not street legal after. Because of that i took my giant pile of spares and i'm building 2 hybrids. The other hybrid is my Dual Sport/sumo/trail bike

For anyone not familiar with central PA coal country hillclimbing

I've been to those coal hills many times. We have been talking this week about making a trip up there soon.
