Someday I will figure this out.
Thanks for the help Mouth. Photo clue. If you can find this you are real close. You may have to wait until after the rain to get water going over the road again. |

Thought we may have a tag
Was out riding and saw a blue DR on old 71. So I thought Nighthawk 85 may have been out tagging.

I did not know you had a bum knee('s).... New problem, old problem - I'm nosy - how did ya do it? - when did ya do it? - what makes it hurt, the sitting or the position or the standing while riding? - other? - Pain meds help or just make you stupid? - How long/far can you ride? Thinkin about fun at SLAP, what is good for you, I bet we can do dat.....

Gus,
its the right knee right now. a month ago it was the left knee, a few months before that it was the right knee again. never had an issue up until a few months ago, im almost certain its gout. typically comes on in the middle of the night the worst, never had a knee injury. if its going to happen this frequently Ill have to go get a script for alopurinal, wife says its because i drink so much beer. And I dont drink enough water, im likely on the verge of dehydration most days.. which of course is a big factor for gout.

Drink water. Drink cranberry with cherry or black cherry, store brand is fine. (lots, I have a straw in a ½ gallon jug as I type.... ) ![]() Take 4-5 cranberry caplets from supplement aisle twice a day and after attack goes away take 3 a day and stay away from pate or goose liver, or too much meat without lettuce and other green stuff you may like to munch on. No idea about beer, I quit drinking long before I got gout but the alopurinal is not good long term and the juice and caplets work good for me...... It is my great toe joins that hurt for me first...... Makes me want to cry, if in knee I could not walk much less ride..... ![]() YMMV
