ISO 200 and not shooting RAW but the largest JPEG the camera offers. It's not the best the camera can afford but just easier than shooting raw

Top quality setting? It should be a lot cleaner than that. IIRC it's the same image sensor as my old D50 just with a stronger AA filter.

Yup, looks like your white balance is off. Was it a cell phone shot?

I may have added noise....honestly I cant remember. I also pulled that from my Facebook page so its been compressed as well. I should dig up the original.

Just I'd crop it ever so slightly to get rid of the bit of the zip lock bag on the bottom. And was this @ F2? If not a slightly shallower depth of field would be good because right now they are OOF enough to not be taking away from the subject but blurring them a little bit more I think would improve it a bit.

I'm not exactly sure what to do with this shot. You've got a great set up here with a nice Porsche and then the beautiful landscape/winding road which speaks even more to driving such a car. With this composition one little thing is I'd use the spot healing brush on content aware/replace to take out the bit of white on the bottom. That should be really easy with it.

Now for the composition it's definitely a good shot as it but maybe go a little lower. Right now it looks to be from close to eye level and with cars/bikes I've found going lower can make them look more dynamic. The tough part about this image is if you go too low you lose the winding road which is a great part of it.

Really cute shot, do you have any faster lenses? Without those other plants in the background you could make it could go more into a surreal type image because those flowers on the really long stems in proportion to him make me think of something Alice in Wonderland like.

Since you can get this close try to frame them in other ways. Right now they're shots with an interesting subject; if you make it a interesting shot with an interesting subject it'll really up the wow factor.

2 ways to do this are off angles, or to really get the bird and background to look almost flat.

Thanks for the feedback...

Another image from the shoot, this one a bit lower, wider on zoom and closer, and the white line photoshopped...

Of course it was, I had barely time to snap a few shots of the planets before the fog hid them from sight. And no, that's off my T1i, a cell phone doesn't have nearly a long enough exposure time capability.

Maybe if tonight is clearer (been crappy past couple of nights) then I will try again.
