It's a small camper thread. I want to make a camper out of it.

Trust me, Van thread.

This is for Light (Sprinter isn't), Little (Sprinter isn't), Campers (A Sprinter motor home isn't a camper).

Here, Sprinters have been a hot topic lately... http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=434542

Van or Little Camp Trailer?

I've been going back and forth on what would be best for me, and enjoy both threads.

I love Vans, but don't need another vehicle or want to get rid of any of the ones that I have now.

I have an old Blazer that could haul a decent size toy hauler, but we have been getting spoiled driving the Colorado on longer trips. So I have been looking at the small tent trailer toy haulers. I like them, but the prices have been a bit to high for my liking.

This one is the cheapest one that I've found so far, but still think the price is to high for it's age, and the "minor water damage" around the ceiling fan.

EDIT: Add has been deleted

Interesting ideas here

Found this up in the Rockies sub-forum. Sounds like they may be having supplier issues, but Jurgen is very intriqued. Very.

(functions as a Toy Hauler too. )

I could really see one of these in the back of my pick-up with a future smaller Dual Sport (450ish) inside.

But, alas...

Man those are sweet trailers. I saw one locally and drooled all over it. Just wish they were not so Pricey. Guess you get what you pay for, like usual.

Here's Mine

I picked up a 1988 small (15 feet on the flat) 5th wheel and modified it to carry 2 Super Sherpas, one on the back and one under the front. Extended the front hitch out 32 inches and installed the ramps for the bikes, as well as a storage basket over the hitch. Also raised the unit to fit over the higher truck bed. Increased the max weight, so had to change out the axles and springs to raise it from 4800 to 7000 lbs. Tows like a dream.

Sorry the link didn't work. Let's try again.
