Can your rally badges be more than 25 years old?
Jack frost a pre cursor to the TTT?

Another reminder to us all to live life to the fullest while we can. The XS now lives in WA with Dave's cousin.

No where near as hard to ride into though, riding out with a dislocated shoulder was a different story

More recent adventure-lite on the '78 SR500

And will soon get this baby back on the road with the new red plate scheme - my 1981 SR185 the day I bought it. Should feel more easy about dropping it in the dirt

Baza, I love those K70s, however the rear was ready for replacement at 3,500km! I've put an old weathered ME77 off my unused sidecar on there...hopefully that will last. A shame about ths K70s - they're a great all-round tyre otherwise.

That SR185 sounds like fun, I'd be too bloody heavy for it!
Yeah, that's the only downside with the K70's on the rear, wear rate is shocking but the front should do about 10k-12k which is reasonable?
What price were you getting them for?
Hey I like that new photo on top of the page, neat looking bike, Triumph? anyone confirm please.

Cheers

Jeez, my eyesight must be bad, thanks for the heads up, it was one those "that's a familiar British type bike" thoughts, I'm a jap rider so what do I know? [Have thought of getting an old British project one day, sshhh!]
I think I liked it more because it's a road bike doing the 'adventure' thing.

I know I'm a silly middle-aged fart but I still like to try things that I did back in my youth, hence my last RR, no big deal really, that's just how I learnt ride, hence the mud photos, actually there was more water then mud, bit hard taking photos of yourself when crossing creeks & rivers!
Cheers

It's a bit easier with video but still takes a hell of a long time...

Stop, setup camera, ride back, ride through, ride back, turn camera, ride back, ride through, ride back, pick up camera, on to next spot, rinse and repeat...
