just do what the KLR riders call the T mod, then you don't need the valves

Couldn't afford a 'GSA', so now it's an 'XSA' "I didn't do it! & whoever said I did, is a liar!"

cut the existing hose and insert a "t" or "y" then run another piece of hose back along the rear subframe

then when the bottom of the existing piece is submerged the carb can still breathe through the upper outlet

Thought it might have been that, lot 4WD gearboxes need the same thing done.
Cheers

For a one-way valve in the past on these little fuel lines I've used those little placky white thingy's that get fitted into the washer lines on cars.
They're called, uhmmm, little one-way valve thingy's?

Griffith Classic Ride - 2012

Heading down on friday [1100 leave Yass],

gentle meander down to Griffith, might go out through some back roads,

maybe Coota - Junee - Coolamon - Grong Grong - Narrandera - Leeton , haven't been through there since about '74?, it was bloody underwater then too!

20-21-22 April @ West End Winery
Cheers

Look ma!....no stands..

I don't know the owner, but I see this nice old machine around town so often it seems it's somebody's daily transport.
