no word from anyone? prolly better not in a regional forum section but ill pitch in....i believe my 500 is same as the 400 less color. i got it because i was limited in $ and wanted features..for a $230 package i got sd capability, color, rechargeable battery, cords and adapters, car holder, routable maps and topo maps. all works fine. screen is small, a lil hard to see while riding. been out in the rain, dropped, no issues. ive asked 1 question via email of support no answer. comparing to similar models garmin has more features, more customizability, much better support. and cost more. ive moved garmin routes & tracks to my 500 via gpsbabel, but ive had a couple fail too. $120 aint much, i think youll be happy. when i upgrade, ill prolly go garmin for prev reasons and for sharing routes and general knowledge. if i didnt have the 500 already id jump on the garmin 2610 refurbs see thd in the genl gps section. hope this helps.
