Turner Bend Campground is just east across the river and in a wet county. Good store there with an excellent selection of beer. Oark Store, as delightful as they truely are, will not tell you about Turner Bend camping because they want to direct you naturally to their campground. The shower there is rough but you'll be clean.
P.S. Try the fried catfish, oh my goodness, best meal I had on the TAT in Arkansas. Well wait, there was that other buffet on the mountian, something like Grandma's Kitchen, oh the pies were heaven. Ok, just eat your way across Arkansas, it's wonderful for home cooking. Our cook and storekeeper.  Friendly locals.   Turners Bend

Well, David made it all the way from Australia to Maine to Arkansas and to the Oark General Store/Cafe yesterday on a lunch ride from the MGNOC Arkansas Campout at Eureka Springs. Nice little 200 mile lunch ride!
