Thanks Guys,
Brown Dog I'm gonna hang onto the mirrors but it sounds like WP has you covered. The stock mirrors stick up a little higher than I care for. These can also be folded in out of the way but I rarely do that on purpose, but they seem to end up like that from hitting tree limbs. Not that I would ever do it but I bet they would fold out of the way if I dropped the bike

Going to pick up a new battery and front tire, then I'll be good to go!

Nice, Qwik. I want one but don't want to part with that much money for a piece of metal. I know, cheaper than a hole in the block, but still...

Panniers turned out great, highly recommended for someone trying to save some money. Total investment about a $100.00. Dave in Reno

No thread. Actually easy to do. 2 ammo cans $15.00 apiece (Craigs list) Some pucks $50.00(Happy Trails) sand paper and paint and a couple hours labor. Oh yea stickers (ADV rider) Thats all it cost as long as you have the racks. The only draw back is they weigh twice as much as the alum.ones. Oh yea the tie downs on top are from Home depot. Thanks

sorry been occupied trying to nutter the GPI out reading wiring schematics arrrrrh got a head ake :lol one thing i do know adv,sm,se,sd are all wired with same dash well going by the PDF lol i thought having 4 x vent lines is bound to suck dirt in one. so i T'ed them so there be only 2 x lines & hopefully less prone for it. the 2 x lines are up high along the frame. also as for the fairing 150kph no buffeting at all (im 6' 3") that's with a MX helmet too.
