took a quick run up to rampart range to test out the new graphics from crispy design, and to get a proper picture of them.

Thank you! Crispy Designs helped put my ideas to work. Have some more stuff in the works for it. So it should get even better.

Wolfman Rainier! We have two of them and love them. They fit our KLRs and the KTM and BMW Dakar!

Today I had two fairly large cameras (Nikon D90 and Sony NEX-c3), and iPad and a water bottle all in the main pocket without it expanded.

We use them like backpacks as a carry on for the airlines when we fly to wherever we let the KLRs last. Then used them as tank bags while on the KLRs

After much troulling of the interweby for extenders to fit my Mk3 Pivot Pegz, decided the only option was to make my own.
So a couple of 330 x 25 x 3mm strips of Stainless Steel, drill a few holes, a bit of cutting and grind and some presision bending and I ended up with these.

Machined some SS spacers and with few SS bolts, turned out like this

Initial feel (in the shed) feels good with better support across my boot, which is what I was after. but a ride will be the real test

The orange does grow on you. You will not notice it at first..but it starts with a few innocent KTM stickers,.progresses to a KTM key ring, to KTM coffee mug and next thing you know, you have gone completely mad and start wearing orange tee shirts. It is a very bad infection..is this yeast infection (Bronx)

Good idea to use Yam switchgear for the heated grips. Can you show us a photo please.

Is that your Trabant? Did it pass the MOT?

I had my 2010 990 adventure remapped with the 990R map, also the same map as all 2012adventure models. works great! As far as I can tell all the extra power is in the extra 500 rpms the map lest you reach. 6 horsepower for 70 bucks! pretty cool.

Did the 200 mile round trip to seatconcepts.com

Roberts a nice chap, it was a nice ride.. left my seat with him so I could decide what cover to go for

KTM faux suede with carbon fibre sides (the one they use on their Dakar bikes)

or

Real suede all black with orange stitching..

Real suede is pretty damn nice!

Renthal RC High Fatbar. So far I like this bend better than stock, seems more comfy on the wrists...for me anyway.

She's hiding in there... 400 cam. Initial reports are satisfactory, I'll know more tomorrow after some dirt

I did the same. Any jap switch on Ebay that looks like the KTM switch will have the switch components you can transfer into the KTM switch.

Was past weekend but water pump failure:

axle

Luckily I had parts to sort it out right away. Never got good slurry through the clear clutch cover:

And was not super wavy oil filter like some seen on there but restrictive enough to give me a flickering oil light:

Some waves

Drained oil:

Just got back from a trip over to Northern Ireland. Prior to that I did a full service including the valves, cleaned the oil jet, fit new chain and sprockets, replaced oil sensor. The rear brake master cylinder was leaking so I ordered a repair kit and overhauled the rear cylinder, fit new brake pads front & rear, fit new delivery tube for my scott oiler, refreshed the clutch fluid, shoe'd on a pair of Scorps, filled her up with the go juice and put 1132 miles on her
