Spooned on a new rear tire along with a new DID chain with a change to "go Qwiker" 45T rear sprocket and "hope to stop Qwiker" new rear Galfer pads. Flush & bleed rear brake master. Qwik check of "my" maint. records to make sure all is ready&up to date, and checked my "emergency spares/tool kit"! Packing it up today, leaving in the morning for ?? destination unknown? Thinking I'll head "North" ?

I am as a matter of fact. I made it to Soldier Meadows Guest Ranch and I am the only guest here. At least there is free wi-fi!

Onto Oregon (via Denio) and then into Idaho.

Today I installed a Synergy Seals X-Bushing w/Z-Bolt in my 2010 KTM 250 XCF-W. That combined with my low seat should bring the seat hight down just enough. I'm 5' 7".

Well, my thermo-switch died and my bike was over heating! Made it so I couldn't get to the CJ Designs tech day thingy

Bike has over heated before on slow high elevation trails so I opted for the lower temp thermo switch and a dual fan kit to solve the problem

Got bored on HWY 50 yesterday...

That's about half of the speed I spent most of the day at. Moab-Fallon makes for a long day with temps in the high 90s...

What rack is that and what is it rated for weight? Is your tongue weight high enough to handle the big Katoom or do you worry about it? I bought a similar carrier rated at 600lbs but the tongue rating on my F150 is only 500. I have a topper so thus the need for a carrier for bike retrieval etc. just curious how you find it. Cheers.
