What did you do to you`re KTM today
I finished cleaning the carbs for the third time on my06 950 SM.Does anyone know if there was some bad tank sealer in some tanks?.It dries like a sticky chalk in the carbs, clogs the jets?.What should I flush the tanks with?.Thanks far any input,I`m ready to snap here in a minute.

Installed studs for the front mounts of the crashbars, Installed a Mikuni Vacuum fuel pump, Did an oil change, Pulled my crashbars off so I can get them repowder coated, Pulled my lights (and put them on my truck) and I am going to install some smaller ones and I installed new Rear brake pads (Bike is at 38K miles). Now I need to figure out what I did wrong on the pump because the bike isnt running now.

Took off front wheel and tire, banged out a few rock dents, fixed a few leaking spokes nipples on my 990S front tubeless setup (was leaking a miniscule 10psi a week). New Galfer front brake pads, greased bearings, brake fluid change, good to go again.
Then checked out my new just delivered KTM990-specific special tools from CJ Designs to augment my always-on-the-bike toolkit. which all fit easily into the CJ Designs leather toolpouch, which fits under the seat just great. ![]() Then installed a bit of CJ Designs bling ![]() Rear wheel comes off next for new 17/45 sprockets and chain from KTMtwins, and new rear brake pads and brake fluid change. Getting ready for a fun trip... |

Tried in vain to get the crash bars back on after oil/filter/screens/valve check/head bolt re-torque. Feel free to interject your advice on getting these on. Thanx in advance. Still strongly considering your plan, scorpion.

Hee i did same. I came from stop street under a bridge.
I could not help it and pulled nice first gear wheelie because I had to turn right i could not ride it .
So on the corner stands cop car. As i put the wheel down his window goes down and i see a finger calling me. I think Fuck he is going to rip may ass. So when I get there he is rambling about me falling on my ass for doing the wheelie and I lift the full face AND GO OFF IN TOTAL ASTONISHMENT. Wholly shit did you see that It just came off the ground as I accelerated. My hands are flapping and I am caring on not letting him get a word in. I has never happend. He felt sorry and let me go . HHEEEEEEE |
