Let it go, it is nothing more than nuts and bolts and rubber. Its your creation. You are not losing that ability and can never sell it. Just dont lose it.

Talking

Did a bunch of stuff

KTM Twins and Weld 86 sent me a little care package.

Plus: An oil change, inspect clutch basket bolts, clutch oil jet, adjust IAJ's to 1.5 turns. And a all fairings off cleaning.

That was a busy 5 hours....

Time to ride!

I fixed a broken turn signal tonight. Stopped working last friday and I finally got good enough weather to dig in. (I don't like doing electrical work in 50 mph winds and rain) Turns out one of the wires broke right at the plastic quick connector behind one of the upper fairings.

Cut off the bad end of the loose wire and cleaned it up. Pushed the pin out of the plastic quick connector plug and opened up the little flaps and then soldered the wire to the pin and folded the flaps over the top of the solder and pushed it all together. Nice and tight now.

What didn't I do ?

Changed oil, new Cycra Handguards, euro headlight switch, CJ side stand relocator, CJ drain hose , new sprocket, Scott's triple clamp + stabilizer and a bath after a 400 km off road adventure day the day before.

In the effort of farkling I'm headed out for some more thrashing today then I might tackle my HID headlight instal.

Mine looked the same. I did 8k km since i bought the bike. This sludge can't be made in 8k km, let alone 15k km. So i guess the prev owner never changed the fluid....
