In the middle of a valve check.

Rear cylinder: perfect. Spot on perfect.

Front cylinder: one in middle of tolerance, 2 at limit of tolerance, one barely over tolerance (exhaust .33)

Oh, and apparently someone put RTV on the gasket so when I pulled the front cover off I had to pull RTV out of the cam chain. If this isn't Factory KTM I'm about to go shoot the mechanic at the KTM dealer that did my last valve check.

So now I've pulled the radiator and blown about a pint of fluid all over the garage, even after draining through the water pump drain. The front header is thrown somewhere in the garage also. It's a good thing I was planning on doing a basic WP replacement too.

It means Infidel. But you can believe the slow part. But to be honest I can keep up with most in the dirt and I can hold my own on pavement.

Installed some new ebay mirrors. They look real nice for 23$. However, they vibrate quite a bit on the highway making it difficult to see if the car following me is a cop..

Those mirrors are very similar to the late model KLX250 mirrors. I've been thinking of making that swap. Either that, or the SMT mirrors.

Here are the KLX mirrors...

Thumb When will it stop

Got finished installing my ADV monster LED lights and got to say they are great, really lights up the night.

I wired them through the accessory connection and installed this switch, which lights up when on, just to remind me if they are on during the day, they will definatly blind on coming traffic and anyone I am behind

Also picked up my new seat from Seat Concepts, who by the way is just down the road from me. Went with the tall model being 6'2, carbon fiber look sides and a gripper top with orange stitch. Road it for a while yesterday, its better than the stock but still get "numb butt", I think that will go away with more saddle time.

Akras instslled remapped for the new exhaust, it's like a totally different bike. Really frees it up and cools it down, a huge difference
