Finished the rally screen I started here
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showp...postcount=7935

This is stock screen, with cut n welded lip and fiberglass twin light insert.

Color match isn't good, I'll need to rethink how to get a better match.

Very important to me was the finish on the back side, and keep the oem edge all way around.

Looks great in the pics. If you're that unhappy with it though I'll gladly take it off your hands.

Warped Y pipe and Header.

1200 degree Header paint

Probably a complete waste of time but tired of burning my hand turning the gas on and off.

Added LED lights so I could carry a chain saw where the 55W HID headlight normally goes. It will also be the setup when I'm running a 1.1 gallon auxiliary front tank. It was a good excuse to try out the new TIG.

One is a flood light, the other a spot. Now I can clear trails in the dark.

Hehehehehe....

Still have the 2-stroke. I'm damn tempted to add a rectifier so I can run some decent lights.

Works great for trail clearing. I think this one has the 18" bar installed. Having the weight up front is much better than on the back. It keeps the front end really planted on rocky uphills.

FYI, here's the source of the chain saw racks we are using. After a few modifications, they hold the saw rock solid.
