Removed SAS, removed O2 sensors, fitted Rottweiler filter, fitted snap out bracket, fitted dog house, fitted rekluse clutch and slave cylinder, fitted oil drain hose, fresh oil and filters, fitted second radiator fan, fitted fuse box, fitted voltmeter, left it half reassembled and drank some beer. And some more.

I installed the cj designs fan today. I am intrigued about the flat screws.... mine seemed to have lots of clearance between the screws and the core. Should I be worried?

Also, whoever said they can fit that fan without removing the right tank and the glovebox must have the hands of a concert pianist. My fingers more closely resemble a regular penis.

That's what I did wrong. Shoulda use my penis......

I had these awesome domed head screws in my fan, which rubbed thru the radiator core. Now they are flat and can not stuff my new rad!

It have the rubber o-ring around the cap? I had one on an R6 once and I had problems with it sealing to tightly. If mine didn't vibrate off at 15,000 RPM yours shouldn't bouncing around off road.

The first one basically spun off and flew away, spent an hour looking for it
It was probablt my fault for not checking it

I like it better than stock, never was keen on using the key to get gas.
Would be any improvement to drill and tap a small screw to attach a cable so I don't drop it when fueling up. Been placing it in the center compartment which is easy enough.

Then I went for a ride!

Finally installed and tested my just resprung, revalved and upgraded to 245mm suspension.

Just a short ride so far but seems well worth the investment.

Thanks to Alex at Konflict Motorsport.

Looks like you need a new centerstand. Easy to get it up there though, eh?
