Didn't need any clues. The tree gave it away!

Good, that's what I was hoping for. My wife calls this the sitting down tree.

Grab!

Fort Valley rd about 200' south of signal knob parking lot

I believe the native americans used to do this to trees to mark trails...not this particular tree though. I remember seeing/reading something somewhere in some literature about Fort Valley and that exact tree was in the pic.
Funny you placed the tag right there. It's less than 200' from where my clutch cable broke two thursdays ago right at the entrance to the parking lot

New tag! First off heres the money shot

You have to take 18 paces up past that cable behind the bike to see this

Then turn left to see this

See the bushes in the forground? Dewey is at the very top of the Rip-rap on this side of the bush.

and now covered up

Now for clues.

Dewey wanted to be close to the water but the place had a lot of folks by the water hence the remote location. This 117 acre impoundment is a trophy Largemouth producer. That is more than enough info but here are a few more pics

Tag.

We took a little ride and this is where we ended up. No clues are necessary as this should be an easy one. I'm at the base of the old sign pole.

I'm not even going to fluff my feathers because I don't think I'll be here long.

Getting the assumption that this NW VA tag is for locals in the Linden/ Front Royal area....

If you haven't seen the building you "don't have a clue"

In reply to Two Hawks

I'm sorry Two Hawks you are correct. You can find this building along a major north/south roadway whose 3 digits add up to 9. Just about 2 miles south of the Winchester Airport.

Last time I set the tag a long way from here it sat for twenty days, and there are quite a few folks that play the games in that area. The duck will fly west soon.
As for the building/new tag, I have seen it but without the last clue Old Eli gave I didn't have a clue as to where I saw it so it is moving away from Linden/Front Royal now and then.
I'll take it to the ends of the boundary just as long as it dosen't sit forever. I know a couple of folks up in Charlestown commented on keeping an eye on this game when I started it. I have some good spots north of here too...

Looks like a storm north of town right now so I may not get it tonight but I do know where it is.

Damn! I'm sorry Bambazo, I grabbed it last night right before dusk but couldn't get my computer to cooperate. It's a long aggravating story.
I gave up around 11:00 and am just now getting everything to work.
I wont make another grab until I'm 100% sure this thing is operating correctly. Again, Sorry and I hope I didn't piss you off.
But on the bright side...you got the first brucing of thie game!

Grab!
1930 Front Royal Pike

New tag later today.

EDIT: BTW I am working now so I only have Mondays and Tuesdays to grab tags, (ie: I wont be grabbing a lot of them like I used to)
