Great vintage pic, I have a similiar old bikini fairing hanging in the garage. Also digging the 70 Plymouth wagon in the backround.

I'm just looking for a thread where there is more interest than in a bargain basement MSRP and debate on which bike can get 1 MPG more than the other, (CRB250 moped fan club!). I remember the days when bikes were worth whatever they cost cause they were awesome. These are those bikes!

$1500, very safe buy too, I am good friends with both of the previous owners so I knew the bikes history. I will probably have about another grand into by the time I get it how I want it.

I just bought a VF750F (a pair actually) yesterday with the intention of doing just this kind of upgrade. Plenty of RC51 bits on ebay, will be fun making them fit

Maybe in 6 months it will presentable!

I'll probably do just that! First I gotta get my Blackbird all put back together before I tackle another project. BB is getting a 'Busa front end transplanted onto it.

Ganze you need to find copies of a Japanese magazine called Clubman.....it is right up your alley.

An old friend of mine, Katsumi Taguchi was a writer for them BITD.

Great bike.

I know where there is a bone stock one of those with less than 10K on the clock for $1,600.....I'm just waiting for the chance to go pick it up.
