I was out on the Wee but the Thai place in Gloucester is good. There is also El Ranchitta Mexican food on the Rt 14 bypass. We just don't have a BBQ place. There is also Wine and Roses also on Main street. Very good. Jessica's on Main is good. Or you can do like veryone else in Gloucester and go to Applebee's. Farther South is Off the Hook. They have good crab cakes but they have dropped some. Down in Hayes is the "PIZZA" place. This is a very very very very good Italian Restaurant. The best in the area. Much better than anythng on the Peninsula. It is worth getting a Motoguzzi/Ducati/MV Agusta and going there for lunch or dinner.

Then at Glens the two diners are good.

The Thai place has Sushi.

There is Also Olivia's on main next to the firehouse. Good beer and wine to take home at Kelsick Garden.
