Not sure of that COG meet up at the pancake house in the Billsburg but there is one on 12/18/2011 that may incorporate some gravel/dirt/loose gravel/single lane country roads after the breakfast. 9AM

How's this:

Five Forks Cafe
4456 John Tyler Highway
Williamsburg VA 23185
757 221-8038

http://www.fiveforkscafe.com/index.html

SATURDAY the 26th Of November!!!

I think people can meet there at 8am to eat and shoot the shit, then kick stands up at 9:30 ish to allow others to get there later. Nuggets has my # if you are with him and running late.

I'm thinking about heading over the ferry and doing the dirt Upstate gave me the waypoints for. I dont think there is enough over in York to keep us busy for very long.

You south side folks could work it out on your own for a meeting spot and ride up together. We could meet you on the other side of the ferry too if you want to head out Rt10 instead of slabbing it? PM me if you want my phone # ok?

There is a new place called Bridges over in Carolton we could hit for Dinner or a late lunch on the way back.

13162 Carrollton Blvd.
Carrollton, VA 23314
757-238-2664

http://bridgesva.com/

Main focus is going to be finding the dirt roads, but it will be a mix of pavement... there will newbie's, intermediate, and experienced riders so there might be some waiting around here and there.

Sound good everyone?

Five Forks Cafe is on Route 5 John Tyler Highway. Essentially the corner of Ironbound Rd and Route 5

It was a great ride. The ride and roads keep expanding since there are so many gravel roads in the area to explore.

I will lead a group from the Pancake House if anyone is interested on Dec 18th

I have a few people interested in going back on Dec 3rd. If interested let me know.

Tentatively planning a dual sport ride Dec 3rd probably after 12 noon, since a few FF's are helping another inmate load some bikes on a trailer up in Hanover. If you can help and are up near Hanover get in touch with Guy Young (he has directions etc. I think they are meeting at 10AM to load the bikes)

The roads will be street, gravel, and some dirt forest roads. Planning to meet in West Point, VA haven't decided where to meet yet.

I have a torn meniscus that I got on last weekends Mud Ride in West Point, so the after breakfast ride led by me may be out unless someone wants to lead it. If anyone is interested in leading the portion from the Pancake House PM me and I will give the route directions and the semi-secret forest roads..

Well, if the temps are forecasted to be in the mid 50s or higher I will be glad to lead whoever wants to the mudbaths. Any colder than that and I will be watching football, eating chili, and slurping down beer while rooting for you guys.

I am a fairweather friend when it comes to riding.
