Note to self:

After you have a slow speed wreck, check the camera that was in your pants pocket. If the camera won't recognize the card, try the card in a buddies camera. If the buddies camera also won't recognize the card, put his card into your camera and check again. If the camera recognizes his card, the problem is a bad card ($20) vs $150+. The check takes 2 minutes and can save you some hard earned cash.

I just ordered two new SD cards for my point and shoot. Sad to say that the pictures I had of DV are lost forever.

I had a nice one of H8) putting his bike to sleep.

Saturday evening the 9th is my only opportunity this month. The following weekend is Clowns of the West, the I must be a soccer mom because my wife will be in China.

Very true. But it was the first time that I was close enough to capture it on film. I guess I just have to ride with him at Warped and catch it again.

GS/A owners

I am looking for a broken windscreen. I am looking to make a mini screen, no more than 4 or 5 inches tall. If your GS/A takes a nap and you still have the screen let me know.

I could not find anything to indicate that it is street legal in California. The Husky website has it in the dual purpose category and says it meets Euro 3 standards but does not mention if it meets US or Calif standards. Also no cert on the CARB website. All the other stuff that I see on the Web is just regurgitating the husky web site.

Keep me posted. I have a copy of a earlier year where they feature the race within the race between Travis and Jeremy on my DVR. Always puts a smile on my face.
