This goes without saying. I can grab a NC Tag, but I must leave it in NC, and the same goes with regional tags. Personally, I think we are getting too many for such a small state.

More than one disappearing town in South Carolina. I might need another clue to find this one.

In 1868, the county that this town is located in was divided into two counties. The town was then moved south to its current location.

Did you guys know that to search for a phrase with Google, you have to enclose the phrase with quotes? For instance search on the phrase "somebody that knows more than me" including the quotes and the one of my favorite movies is near the top of the results. Leave out the quotes and you get completely different results. Using this knowledge and the fist clue of the current tag and you can make a Google search for which the tag location is the very first link in the results.

This is the only way I've found tags before but in this instance it didn't work. I do have it narrowed down to the county, I think, but that's as far as I've gotten so far.

Not a Google grab but I did finally find it. No street view of it either. Now to find some gas money to go grab it.

It took a while, but I finally found it.
