Map Product Not Installed

I recently sent my 550 back for replacement and, when I received the rebuilt unit, tried to load my Bicimapas Mexico Atlas maps. I finally got a new unlock code from Bicimapas and everything seemed to load correctly so I loaded the maps from Mapsource to the 550. That seemed to work until I turned the unit off and back on. Then I got a "Can't load Maps" message. When I click "OK" the maps seem to be loaded.

Then I looked in MapSource at the "Manage Map Products" and all my maps show up but when I click on "unlock regions" I see 4 lines that say "Map Product Not Installed." When I right click on the lines there is a message with the unlock code but when I try to unlock them nothing happens.

I wonder if that has anything to do with my "Can't unlock Maps" message on my 550 and how do I unlock the 4 regions?
