First off, I would like to thank Gimpy for not getting this one. I was looking forward to getting this one, since I have never been down in this area of the state. Second, it may be kind of hard to see the writing on the sign, so I will help out a little
'World ????? Festival Headquarters' I mean, how could I pass this up. Not a state nor regional or even national festival, but a 'world' festival. Good luck and now I'm hungry for some smoked cheese grits and shrimp.........

i didn;t wanna ride all that way. I've been traveling in a cage here recently with the weather.

Might have to look for some grits though.

Made the run to St. George this morning, starting in the sunshine and ended up in the cold 43 air with rain. Could of used a warm bowl of grits when I was there but had to settle for a sandwich from my box and a cold Yahoo from the gas station. The Grits Festival headquarters is across from a funeral home and I was going to get warm and pay my respects to whatever poor soul was renting the building for the afternoon but business was slow and I so I just zipped up my Aero and rode home.

Yea, I find that whole area to be a good ride. Come to think of it I find almost any area to be a good ride.

I didn't even plan on getting this tag today. I was over at Edisto exploring dirt roads and taking pics. I found what I though was a cool new tag and was overwhelmed with the urge to grab the latest tag.

So here it. Sams Landing Lady's Island SC

The sign should be enough to figure it out.

Drove right by that road twice yesterday in the car. Went to Champion in Charleston to get parts and then to the Olde Ice Cream shop for a treat.

Grr... i was just there two weeks ago, but i don't remember how i got there... how stupid is that.

i was most impressed with the green green grass in the middle of the road, tho.
