Far from light...
Far from nimble...
Not bad on power...

But I agree with the looks. It looks better than the competitors in it's class.

But I'd rather have the Guzzi above (even though I'd look like a gorilla on a moped-6'5", 250lbs).

Hey Justin, I rode my Megamoto over to the dealer to check out a Guzzi Griz...I'm only 5'11 and it felt cramped- Maybe 'cause the MM has so much room! The MM is a keeper dude!

I think it's a great cruiser even a sport cruiser, much nicer than Harley's but definitley not light and nimble.

light and nimble compared to a sportbike? you're right. standing on it's own though? terrible bit of fun

A few posts ago I mentioned a 2009 XR1200 for sale at Valley Harley in Ohio. Perfect condition, 3800 miles.

I was being polite. He's posted three times about it and I can't tell if it is really subtle spam or he's actually interested in one.

No spam here. I love the bike but have three great ones already. It would be fun to ride but I have 6 months vacation starting Oct 4th and will use the time to travel on the Tiger. I believe this thread is for the bikes you would like to have but circumstances dictate otherwise.

I kind of thought this thread was a variation of my "In the land of the Infinite Garage" line of thinking, meaning what bike gives you a (very likely un-answered) stiffy today?

Saw this for sale recently. It's cheap enough I could probably afford my current bike (V-Star 650) and this new-ish Ninja 250r. Lately the banshee scream of a high revving motor and a bike that can take corners a bit faster has been appealing to me.

Is there something wrong with me finding a crashed (or at least missing side fairings) bike interesting? Is it wrong to like a "Beginner" bike?

The bike in question:

SWMBO has a Ninjette. Neat little motorcycle. Huge rev range. Not gutless, but there's no big power hit, even though it revs so high. Chassis is pretty amazing--no flex or wallow at all. You may find out differently if you're much on the high side of 160#...She's 108 and I'm 138.
