But what I really lust after is an MV Agusta Brutale 1090RR.

CB600F hornet. Incredibly easy to ride, light, nimble and more than enough power for around town. I've also tested similar bikes like the Street Triple, ER-6F and SV650, the Hornet however would be the one I'd buy.

Interesting! I like the Hornet too, but I also like the Street triple! I think I would have a tough time deciding between the two. Love the Triumphs motor, but prefer the hornets styling! What was it that you liked about the Hornet?

Smoother engine (although slightly less powerful than the S3)
The hornet felt more nimble, it has a very small turn radius and feels slightly lighter.

I mostly do short distance urban commuting, so the hornet is the better bike for this purpose. But if I want a hoon machine, I'd go for the S3.

I want to hear it, but above all, I want to spin up a V-8 that weighs less than I do.
