2100 cc that runs in a 3000 cc fuel class and only makes 160 hp. Ho Hum......

I have a good friend who has a 1954 1600 cc Vincent in the 1600 cc bare bike fuel class who holds a 2 way Bonneville record of 215 mph with it, and he did it 30 years ago.

Needless to say, I'm not impressed.

OH SHADDAP the lot of you!

I know I keep posting the V7 classic, Griso and stoopid scooters
all the time, but today I saw this lovely FZ1n, yellow, nice MRA
windscreen, small topcase.. and you NEED the ability to loft the
front wheel off the ground in third from time to time, right?!

It's a rhetorical, of course I'm right!

I don't see what is dull about a 490 lb. bike making 160 foot pounds of torque. Sounds like a guaranteed recipe for fun. And I'm guessing the Combat has enough character to make spec sheet comparisons a moot point.

Ha ha. Thanks but I'll list the 929 in late Spring and see what I can get. Hoping for $3500.

I was looking for something to compliment the MTS and not wear it out on my daily commute. I may have found it
