WOW! It took a couple of days, but I just went through all 200 pages of this thread. WHEW!!!!! Man, what a variety of motorcycles!
I saw some incredibly beautiful BMWs and some incredibly ugly BMWs; Liked most of the Triumphs; ALL the Ducatis were stunning; liked the Laverdas and Bimotas. The ONE bike however, that made me say out loud "DAMN" was the Moto Guzzi Griso! What an incredibly sexy motorcycle!! The Yamaha Bulldog was one bike that I wish we could bet here in the US. Looks like a blast to ride! FWIW, the KTMs just don't do it for me. I've put a deposit on the new CB1100, and there are plenty of pics in this thread so I'm not going to post another............... However, here are some scooters I would LOVE to have today! Kawasaki W800 Special Edition (not available in the US) ![]() Don't remember the details of this Z1/KZ but it belongs to a racer in Japan. ![]() Here is another well-done Z1 ![]() I have drooled over this bike ever since I layed eyes on it! I would give ANYTHING to find one in pristine condition. There is just something about those gold fork sliders and rims, along with that red engine.. 1986 XL600R

Yeah, after seeing the CW video of the Hammarhead Jack Pine Scrambler, I had it bad for one of those...
Then, I became enamored with my new HD Sportster 48... Then I found this: ![]() Build thread can be found HERE. Guess what my next project bike is shaping up to be... Donor bikes are plentiful and relatively cheap, and the build is fairly cheap and easy too. Pretty simple engine to work on, tons of goodies available and I've discovered that I really like the engine for real world riding. So, I guess this is the flavor of the day for me today!
