Seems like it would make an awesome commuter.

Swung by the Honda dealer last weekend to check out the current models.

The F6B broke my heart. It looks nowhere near as good in person, nor was the seat as comfortable as I would have expected.

The CB1100 really suprised me. A simple, well built bike with no pretensions to anything else. I probably would have bought that instead of what I did if it had been available 7 months ago.

The NC700X was as impressive as the write ups, and I have to say, I find myself thinking about it a lot.
If I was going to buy right now, pending a test ride, I would be looking at one of these first, it almost seems purpose built for me.

I'll shift my own gears though...

Still want a new black C-14, maybe a new FJR too. Of course plenty of go fast goodies on them too. Kinda like a sleeper bike.

Hadn't sat on an FJR forever. '13 at the local dealer caught my eye Saturday. I was struck by the feel of quality - like it was carved from a single piece. Really, really nice bike.

I want:

You wankers to scale your pictures!

Okay I feel a little better.

I saw a CB1100 the other day. Absolutely stunning in person. Almost tiny. Visually period perfect. I can see one in the garage when they start showing up used.

The new FJR is remarkably nice. If you scroll back (not that you would), one of my craves was a Black Cherry '07 FJR. That one is in the garage right now. But for the $1000s difference, the new one might have been.

When I find a VTR, that fugger's comin' home.

*edit*. Ah - just logged on to the full site (vs. tapatalk). I see the issue. Thought the comment was directed at my photos being small).

(Congrats on the FJR - only seen the Black Cherry in pics but it looks fantastic).

Just out of curiosity, how does one go about doing that when linking to a stock photo from another site? I try to scale mine appropriately when I'm using my personal ones, and I've seen some REALLY HUGE ones posted at times that were very difficult to view. But, I don't know what to do about ones that I just link to from somewhere else. Is there a trick to that?

Considering I'm probably the one that should be yelled at for that, I'm totally in the dark at rescaling a photo when it's hotlinked.

Funny thing: The picture scale only matters when I'm surfing on the iPad. My browser (also Safari) on the laptop scales them automatically. On the iPad, if I can see the picture without scrolling, the text box ends up the size of a couple postage stamps.

Truth is, I don't think there's anything you can do when you hot link, only if you're hosting yourself.
