Sorry, but Hard Candy Custom is a HD exclusive...

A pic of my tank:

Don't think you'll talk the MOCO into putting it on a Yamaha tank...

From what I've reathe 690 is just arriving in US showrooms now and the 390 is supposed to arrive at our shores next year

I haven't heard about the other 3: the 125, 200 and 1290 though I'd bet the new super duke (1290cc) will find its way over here, after all big engines, lots of power and killer speeds sell over here...that's not to say I wouldn't love to take one for a spin

Excellent! The small displacement segment is growing in North America. I hope the motorcycle industry follows the auto industry in bringing some of the cool smaller offerings. After riding the wife's Blast to and from work from time to time, I appreciate a smaller, lighter bike more and more. The Uly and M2 are no heavy weights, but you can really notice the difference between a 500# and 390# motorcycle. The 690 Duke is 40# lighter and twice the horsepower than the Blast, The only flaw is the tall seat height would prevent the wife from riding it. I need to research the seat height on the 390.

It'd be relatively cheap and easy to build one if that's what you want. Take an Iron, add the suspension mods like I did to my 48, flat bars, then add the little fairing that Ryca has forthcoming. I've seen a similar chin spoiler thingy somewhere too. Harley even sells the black header heat shields in their accessory catalog too.

Of course you'd still be stuck with an 883... But, there are solutions for that too... And then there's the choice of picking up a used Nightster and getting the 1200 straight away. Just a few accessory parts really...

I haven't looked in this thread for a while, but I'm not surprised by the bikes you all want. Just realized I have odd tastes in motorcycles is all.

I want this today.

Yes I know it's 20+ years old, and a far cry from modern tech, but I still want it.

Bud of mine had one just like it back in the 80's when I had it's 750cc big brother. Best I remember it was a pretty cool bike. Most likey still is if you can find a good example. Hell, if I ran across a nice one cheap I wouldn't mind one myself!

I have been itching for a PC800 all winter. Can't scratch it though.

If I still had every dollar I spent on motorbikes I would be a richer man but a poorer person.

Yeah, I want an early 90's Jap sportbike too. The 600R's were all over the place back in the day. Should be some left. The 750's are getting hard to find. 900 Ninjas are starting to bring some money.
Better get one today!
