CB1100 is very good looking. At the risk of having monkey poo tossed my way the new Wee strom is better looking than the Triumph 800, as there is less effort at trying to look awesome and tough. It seems as if the Wee would be easier to keep clean too...

The Wee has finally shed itself of it's fugliness and now poses as a $20K Duc Multistrata. I think all the designers of big volume motorcycles take turns sleeping with each other for design inspiration. What else could it be?

It is what MG calls red. Not the red of Ducati. More of an orange/red.

I had one of those! Bought it new. neet bike. I still have fond memories of the bike & the fun I had with it.
Unfortunately, they're gone.... along with Hodaka (Super Rat & Super Combat Wombat), AJS (370 Stormer), DKW 175, Ossa Pioneer 250, Bultaco 125 Lobito, and the 'Ol BSA 441 Victor sled I have owned in the past....... AH!, Those were the days..... and WE Lived thru it all!!! AMAZING!!!!!

Yeah, that's pretty cool. Looking forward to a full road test on it. An American made sport tourer and, as you said, only 500 lbs.

Mental moto masterbation... I love these threads...
I'm pretty happy with the collection of bikes I have. that said there is a long list of bikes that I will always lust after. In no order. Yamaha WR250R Honda RC30 Laverda SFC Manx Norton Triton Ducati 916 BMW R100RS Vintage Paris Daker Replica, Something from the 80's in some tobacco company colors. Doesn't have to be a BMW. CB900f done up like a streetable Freddie Spencer bike. Montessa Cota 4-stroke. BMW R100 tarted up to look more vintage, with a Steib sidecar
